PHONE CONSULTATIONS |
Each therapist provides a free 10 minute phone consultation in order to help both you and us know if we will be a good fit, therapeutically. Please contact us to schedule this phone time.

PAPERWORK |
No questionnaire paperwork is required ahead of your first session! We prefer to take your history verbally, in a narrative format, versus making you fill out pages of paperwork.

FIRST SESSION: BEGINNING |
Your first session will be 60 minutes long. The first 10 minutes we will cover disclosure and consent to treatment forms, our style as a therapist, and what to expect from us during therapy.

FIRST SESSION: CONTINUED |
For the remainder of the first session we will spend time gathering information about: your history, what brought you to therapy, and begin to discuss what goals you might have.

SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS |
All subsequent sessions, will be 50 minutes long. Please help your therapist end on time for the next client by beginning to wrap up your session around the 45 minute mark.

FREQUENCY |
You and your therapist will collaborate to decide how frequently to schedule sessions. This is based on several factors: severity of symptoms/issues, scheduling, and financial capacity of the client.

DISCHARGE PLAN |
When you feel that all of your goals have been met, you and your therapist can begin to discuss a discharge plan that leaves you with the most possibility for continued success.

PAYMENT |
Payment is due and expected at the end of each session. No bills or invoices will be sent to clients. Forms of payment that we currently accept include:

INSURANCE |
Intern and Candidate therapists currently accept Colorado Medicaid (Regions 2-7) Aetna, and Cigna insurances. Additionally, candidates only can also accept Anthem/BCBS and United/Optum. Upon request, we are able to provide you with a receipt of services for out of network insurance or HSA reimbursement.
