I am Gottman Level II trained; your relationship is worth developing a solid foundation with mutual respect for all life stages. As a special needs parent, military spouse, and military reservist, I hold a unique perspective on the challenging family dynamics that can cause caregiver fatigue and family struggles.

I use pieces of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy fused to offer a personalized approach to your therapeutic process.
