Hi, I’m Jesse. It’s an honor to walk alongside each client as they navigate the ups and downs of life. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or just looking to understand yourself better, I strive to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
I am a counseling intern currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Denver Seminary. I have a deep respect for each person’s story, recognizing that every person is different. I am passionate about working with clients experiencing faith/spiritual issues, attachment challenges, or coping with past traumatic events.
My approach to counseling is person-centered. I draw on attachment theory as well as existential and narrative approaches to therapy. I believe meaningful change happens in the context of a safe, genuine relationship where you can explore your story, desires, and hopes for the future.
In our work together, I want to learn who you are and help you find a path to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
