Meet Connor
There is something special about entering another’s story — the deep places where heartache, hope, and longing meet. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as we listen for the themes that have shaped you and discover the possibilities of a new chapter, bringing compassion to the places you have felt unseen and creating room for new meaning to emerge. Your story matters — not just for where you’ve been, but for the life you are still invited to live.
I work with adults, young adults, and teens (12+) navigating trauma, faith questions, relational struggles, life transitions, and stress. My heart is especially drawn to journeying with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, honoring both the weight of what was lost and the courage it takes to face it. Telling the truth about your story can feel overwhelming, yet I have seen again and again how it can also be the starting point of deep freedom and renewal. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or your faith, our work will focus on reconnecting you to what matters most.
Drawing from Narrative-Focused Trauma Care, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Lacanian thought, I help clients explore the stories, beliefs, and unspoken desires that have formed their sense of self. Together, we’ll tend to the wounded heart, overcome obstacles, and nurture the resilience and strength that lead to restoration. Therapy is not about erasing the past but about rewriting your story into something more whole — a place where brokenness can be met with purpose and hope.
