Hi, I’m Caleb. Starting counseling can feel like a big step. Whether you are facing a major life transition, struggling to understand what you are feeling, or simply know that something needs to change, you do not have to navigate it alone.

I believe every person has a unique story, and I want to understand yours. My goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and people navigating changes in life, relationships, education, or career.

How I Approach Counseling

I am drawn to Person-Centered, Narrative, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. At the heart of these approaches is a simple belief: your experiences, emotions, relationships, and story all matter. I want to help you better understand those pieces and discover new ways of responding to the challenges in front of you.

I also bring an existential perspective to counseling. Life transitions often lead us to bigger questions about identity, purpose, meaning, and ultimately, “What am I here for?” I believe counseling can be a place to explore those questions and figure out what matters most to you.

A Little About Me

My experience as a high school football coach has shaped much of how I approach people. Coaching taught me the value of listening, building trust, meeting people where they are, and helping someone believe they are capable of more than they may currently see.

Outside of counseling, I love sports, fly fishing, golf, riding my bike, and good coffee. I enjoy being outdoors and having good conversations, and I want the counseling room to feel like a place where you can be yourself and not a place where you have to have all the right answers.

Let’s Start the Conversation

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to counseling. You just need to be willing to take the next step. Wherever you are in your story, I would be honored to hear it and help you navigate the challenges, questions, and transitions that brought you here.
