We all need to feel connection. Building connections can be hard especially when you lack the skills and have experienced trauma. My focus is helping clients build connections with meaning and purpose while acknowledging and addressing the trauma. Feeling safe while exploring new pathways is key to the therapeutic relationship. When working through difficulties and changes in your life I am here to listen and assist you in developing the gifts and resources you have within and around you.

I work with couples and families, which includes working with individuals within these frameworks. I am passionate about helping relationships thrive through building understanding, appreciation, and healing past hurts that reignites or kindles the fire of love that may just be starting or has been lost over periods of stress and strain.

Take courage to learn about yourself in our sessions together. I welcome you and all you bring. Together we will explore new pathways to enhance your life and relationships. The best is yet to come as you embrace the potential you have within.

I am open to religious and spirituality exploration, if you desire to incorporate that into your therapy.

Meet Amy

I am a wife of 33 years, mother of six, and grandmother of 9. I love the outdoors and trying new things. I have learned through my educational journey the reason I loved being a mom so much was because I have ADHD. I am always looking for something new and exciting.
