Client Focus
I primarily work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, and disordered eating, as well as other life stressors. Clients who wish to overcome their perfectionism, fears, and thought processes that are holding them back would be a great fit with my style and work. I work with older teens and adults. You do not need to be at your breaking point to seek support. I aim to provide clients with a safe space to process, share, and feel without judgment. Therapeutic Approach My approach is person-centered. I utilize tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Narrative Therapy. I teach mindfulness as a tool to regulate stress, emotions, and the body. I can help work through relationship issues, emotional regulation, and navigating deeper challenges. Getting started Acknowledging that you need support can be the hardest step. I hope to make the transition to begin therapy as easy as possible. You can come as you are and we can work to understand your goals together. I offer phone consultations or can communicate via email or text based on preference.
