You do not need to be at your breaking point to seek support. Many of us feel like we can do everything on our own, but we were made for connection with others. Allow yourself to share your story and work towards knowing yourself in a deeper way.
I aim to provide you with a safe space to process, share, and feel without judgment. I am passionate about helping people to explore their lives, finding the path that brings them peace and empowering them to follow it. When you take the step for yourself you can trust that your time is an investment into your wellbeing and healing. My approach is always person-centered. I utilize tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family systems, and attachment-based approaches. I like to teach mindfulness as a tool to regulate stress, emotions, and the body. I love working with teens and adults to help work through relationship issues, emotional regulation, and navigating deeper challenges. *Kristen is virtual only* |
