Jenny takes a very Emotionally Focused (EFT) approach to couples work and is a certified facilitator for SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich assessments. These interventions get results and both tend to work well for most couples. Jenny focuses on communication and conflict resolution skills that tend to be lacking in couples with high conflict.
