What coaching credentials does this practice have?
How does the International Coaching Federation define coaching?
“Coaches partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources and creativity that the client already has.”
How does Jenny define coaching?
Life coaching provides a distinct service that helps clients work on their goals for the future and create a new life path. The relationships coaches establish with their clients are also more collegial in nature. Coaches and clients work in a less structured environment, as a team, rather than setting up a “expert-client/patient” relationship.
